I do not consent to ANY usages of my voice for AI Learning, Machine Learning, Text-to-speech, etc. I also expect that when my clients are given finished products, they will take the according steps to ensure that my voice is not used for AI Voices.
I will always do my best to communicate any boundaries I may have with my clients, however I reserve the right to drop out of a project should I feel very uncomfortable, or it's clear I cannot satisfy their needs.
And finally, everything I've listed above applies to me as well as my clients, my clients' works will be safe on my end of things from AI Learning as much as I can help it, my clients have the right to drop out of a deal if they feel uncomfortable or I cannot satisfy their needs (Though it is expected what I have finished and has been approved by the client is paid for). My clients are also entitled to as strict of confidentiality from me as they would like.
Below are downloadables of resumes.
I always have such trouble starting emails. I always worry if I'm giving all the information I should, or if I'm coming off too much, so to bring you some comfort, I don't mind answering questions! If you need to send a bunch of emails to get to what you wanna tell me, that's perfectly fine, I'm happy to answer.
If you want some starters, here's a few things I look to get a potential client to answer for me throughout our negotiations.
An important thing to me is the length of the project, I don't mind a chunkster, but I wanna know what I'm getting into beforehand! If it's a smaller project, a line count estimation is just fine, I just wanna have an idea of what we're looking at, not only so I know how to estimate my rates for it unless you have an offer of your own, but so I know when I can be available to start.
This is probably the most important part of all, the NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). Basically I'd wanna know if I need to be hush-hush about the project, or if I can announce my involvement, and how much I can say. I don't wanna go around spilling the beans on your project if you're wanting to keep it a secret!
Then there's the project details, essentially this would be the best part to blurb passionately about your project. I wanna know what it's about! Is it an audiobook, a video game, animation, something else entirely? What's the plot? Who do you want me to voice, and what are they like? If you've got details you'd like to share, I want 'em! Makes things all the more fun, and gives me a sort of guideline on what you would like from me performance-wise. (Cause I mean, a cutesy kids show for 6 year olds would have a very different performance than a dark horror detective audiobook!)
This would also be a good place to point out, mentioning whether your project is SFW or NSFW (Safe-For-Work versus Not-Safe-For-Work) would also be nice! I do both, but for NSFW projects I use another pseudonym, Marie Bishop.
This one is WAYYYY more optional than any of the others, but if you've got a particular kind of voice in mind for the character you'd like me to voice, or you've heard one of my samples and want that tone, let me know! Sometimes clients reach out to me off of one particular sample, and we've ended up going around and around for awhile trying to figure out what's needed. That's not a bad thing, but I'm sure you'd like to get to the nitty gritty of the project as soon as possible, so if I can make it easier, I'll try!
Finally, if you're just wanting some tips on this or that, feel free to ask! I feel learning should always be accessible, and this industry isn't always the easiest to navigate at first, so if I can answer your questions, or at least lead you to someone who can, I'd be happy to.
